Our experience

Re:think Transform is a Chartered Accounting & Consulting firm established by Dale Judd and David Scott. Dale and David each have over 35 years of experience within big 4 firms delivering tax, regulatory compliance and advisory support to multi-national, listed organisations and family-owned businesses.

Cofounder & Managing Director, Re:think Transform

David retired from EY in 2022 and recently co-founded Re:think Transform. Re:think Transform is focused on transforming and/or operating/managing regulatory compliance and reporting obligations within finance and tax functions.

At EY he was responsible for leading the transformation of the EY global compliance & reporting service delivery in 13 countries across Asia Pacific. He also assisted clients manage their function in-house, implement finance and tax function transformation and led outsource arrangements in sectors such as the Information Technology, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products.

David offers a unique insight on the challenges impacting people, process and technology within finance and tax organisations as well as solutions for addressing them.

After retiring from EY in 2024, Dale co-founded Re:think Transform, a firm of Chartered Accountants. We are focused on managing, transforming and/or operating regulatory and reporting obligations within finance and tax functions.

With an exceptional career spanning over three decades, Dale has established himself as a trusted adviser to multinational insurers and financial services groups, offering expertise across tax compliance, advisory, and finance operations. He has worked closely with clients in transforming and redefining their tax and finance functions to drive value across the organisation.

Through Re:think Transform, Dale Judd continues to lead with vision, empowering organisations to navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance with confidence and clarity.
